Our inspection reports are available in 12 hours after the inspections are done. The reports are easy to understand and are send in a pdf format. Expect more than 200 pictures to accompany our Home Inspection reports which will provide even more detail than normally expected.
Our Insurance inspections (4-point & Wind Mitigation) are professionally completed on the forms requested by the Insurance companies in the State of Florida.
We also integrate our Drone aerial inspections with our Residential inspections as an add on to give thorough insight into the Residence as a whole.
Adding our Infrared/Thermal inspection for peace of mind is for most of our Customers a must and can easily be added to the standard Home Inspection.

A&A Home & Drone inspections s using the latest software and Florida approved Wind Mitigation Insurance forms to ensure ultimate client satisfaction. When adding a Wind Mitigation inspection to a Residential inspection our customers immediately qualify for a 50% discount on the price of the Wind Mitigation inspection.
4-Point Inspection
A&A Home & Drone inspections specializes in Insurance inspections and is using the latest software and Florida approved 4-Point Insurance forms to ensure ultimate client satisfaction. When adding a 4-point inspection to a Residential inspection our customers immediately qualify for a 50% discount on the price of the 4-Point inspection.
Drone Inspections
Anton is a FAA Certified drone Pilot and highly qualified to inspect Roofs as well as leaving our Customers with excellent aerial footage of their Home upon request. Authorization to fly in your area is done before the inspection.
Infrared/Thermal Inspection
A&A Home & Drone Inspections inspectors are qualified to do a thorough thermal/Infrared inspection where there are areas of moisture intrusion concern. This inspection can be used as an add on to the Residential inspection which then qualified our Customers for a 50% discount on the moisture intrusion inspection.
